Harvest Life Ministries was founded on January 1, 2000 by Rev. Paul E. Kuiper D.D.

Paul's dream was to help people that other's would refuse. I was approached by someone and they said there was no place to get married and we have to go to the justice of the peace or we want to marry people we know but no one will give us the credentials. This is wrong, people should have the right to get married and become ordained. HLM was established in 2000 to not only help with my dream but mostly to help you fulfill the call on your life.

Paul has traveled to many places around the globe, Gahna West Africa he was a speaker at a 5000+ Pastors conference, Guatemala he visited many orphanages and worked on building a missionaries home, Russian Federation, Province of Novosibirsk and Prokop’evsk a village 100 miles north of the Mongolian border he visited orphanages and preformed many children’s puppet shows.

Paul is currently working on an online Bible college so others can build there knowledge of God and the world.
